Joanna Kleckner, D.D.S.
Dr. Joanna Kleckner has been a dedicated part of the northeast Ohio community all her life. A graduate of Cloverleaf High School, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University, followed by a DDS from the same institution in 2003. After five years in group practice, she established her own dental practice in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio in 2008.
Dr. Kleckner is committed to achieving optimal oral health for her patients, emphasizing the importance of functional health that goes beyond aesthetic appeal. She cultivates trusting relationships with her patients, taking time to discuss their dental needs and the critical mouth-body health connection. Her philosophy that “form follows function” underscores her approach to dental care, aiming for a harmony that enhances both function and appearance.
She is an avid learner, constantly updating her skills with the latest dental technologies and techniques. Dr. Kleckner exceeds continuing education requirements, maintaining memberships with multiple dental associations and participating in comprehensive training on occlusion and TMJ disorders at the Dawson Academy. Her commitment to excellence is recognized by her peers, having been named a Top Dentist in Akron annually since 2012.
Outside the office, Dr. Kleckner enjoys a rich family life with her husband and three children. She is passionate about cooking, gardening, and staying active, enjoying everything from family bike rides to skiing. Her engagement in both her professional and personal life reflects her dedication to wellbeing, making her a beloved member of both her community and profession.
Calvin Lam, D.D.S.
Dr. Calvin Lam was born and raised in Chicago and moved to Columbus to attend Ohio State University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2017. Dr. Lam is now a partner at 330 Dental, where he focuses on providing trustworthy and compassionate dental care.
Dr. Lam values continual learning and regularly seeks opportunities to improve the clinical experience. He stays up to date with the latest practices through continuing education, including the Implant Pathway Continuum, Spear Education, and Clinical Mastery Series. Dr. Lam aims to stay ahead of the curve with the latest dental technologies and methods to make dental treatment more accessible and comfortable for patients.
Taking a personal and relatable approach, Dr. Lam aims to build trusting relationships with his patients and understand their health on a larger scale. He believes in the link between oral health and overall systemic health and strives to provide the best-individualized care possible to improve the health of his patients’ whole bodies.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Lam enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, refining recipes, reading, practicing yoga, and traveling. He recently started using a mortar and pestle to make sauces and curries instead of a food processor, a new method that’s proving to be a success!
Emilia Plevris, D.D.S.
Dr. Emilia Plevris is a Buckeye fan through and through. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Genetics and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2017 from The Ohio State University. Dr. Plevris joined the team at 330 Dental in 2021, with the goal of providing the highest level of dental care to all patients.
Dr. Plevris is deeply passionate about the health and well-being of each patient she treats. She recognizes the importance of oral health in overall well-being and is committed to helping her patients achieve their dental care objectives.
Establishing enduring and meaningful connections with her patients is the main driving force behind Dr. Plevris’s commitment to her role as a dentist. She strives to see every situation from the perspective of her patients and to address their questions and concerns. She firmly believes that ensuring the comfort of patients and maintaining open communication during their appointments leads to an improved dental experience that can also be enjoyable.
Dr. Plevris knows that balance is key with everything in life. She has a huge sweet tooth and loves to bake, but only if she can taste test everything herself. She admits that she has even eaten an entire box of cookies in a single sitting!
While Dr. Plevris loves to stay busy, her favorite thing to do is spend quality time with her husband and sons, along with their cats. When she can carve out time for herself, she enjoys staying active, reading, and tending to her plants. She is currently working on turning her brown thumb to a green one and hopes to transition her yard to a garden and native plants.
Kim
Kim earned her Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) certification and she brings out her artistic talents to create beautifully restored teeth. She is also certified in Dental Radiography and CPR. She has been a dental assistant since high school, graduating from North High School in Akron and has worked with Dr. Kleckner since 2008. She finds great satisfaction in helping patients overcome their dental fears and anxieties, thus experiencing better oral health. Kim always has a smile for her patients and enjoys making them feel very comfortable before and during treatment. Kim has also completed some extensive training courses with Dr. Kleckner in regards to TMJ dysfunction and full mouth reconstruction cases. She is passionate about helping patients overcome pain and discomfort so they may achieve their dream smiles.
In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family. She is very proud of her two children and three grandchildren! She is often babysitting her grandchildren on her days off, taking them to various museums and parks, and swimming or boating whenever she can. She also enjoys spoiling her dogs and cheering on the Cleveland Cavaliers and Browns.
Tiffany
Tiffany joined our team in 2022 as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA). Tiffany is highly skilled and artistic at when rebuilding teeth to look life-like and beautiful. Tiffany graduated from the EFDA program at Stark State Community College and she brings a broad range of experience in both adult and pediatric dental care. She is quite gifted at putting patients at ease and loves seeing their smiles at the end of an appointment.
Tiffany enjoys the mom-life best when she is not working, spending as much time as possible with her children and family. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and fishing when the weather is great. And when she can’t be outside in the sun, she enjoys binge-watching TV shows and playing board games with her family.
Marion
Marion started her career in dental assisting in 2015, and joined our team in 2020. She earned her EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary) certificate from Stark State College, and holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Dental Assisting and a Radiology Certificate. In her role, Marion loves the artful creation of beautiful teeth, performing oral surgery procedures, and making patients smile again. One of her favorite parts of her job is being able to watch the intricacies of dental treatments come together to create beautiful smiles for patients.
When not working, Marion enjoys spending time listening to music, and cheering on her boys at their sporting events. She also enjoys watching Netflix; some of her favorite shows include Snapped, Law & Order SVU and Forensic Files. When Marion was younger, she competed as a flag girl — and won a championship in North Carolina. Her dental care philosophy is “Brushing and flossing twice a day will keep the dentist away!”
Cherish
Cherish joined our team in 2022 as a Dental Assistant and she has been in the dental field since 2019. She holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Science in Dental Assisting as well as a Dental Radiographer certification. She loves being a dental assistant and plans to pursue her EFDA certification in the future. Cherish enjoys watching the transformation of a smile during dental treatment, and will make sure you feel comfortable and at ease during your appointment.
When she is not at work, Cherish relishes time with her daughters as well as time with her family and friends. Some of her other hobbies include listening to music, painting, reading, and traveling.
Stephanie
Stephanie worked as an assistant with Dr. Morrow for more than 30 years, and joined our team in 2020 with Dr. Morrow. She loves working as a dental team to collectively help all patients with their oral health. Stephanie especially enjoys helping patients feel comfortable during treatment, and forming relationships with them over the years. She loves working in dentistry because she believes that “A smile can make all the difference in the world!”
When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and two grown children. She also spends time outdoors working in her yard, walking, boating, sunbathing, and listening to country music. She loves attending and cheering for all Cleveland sports teams — especially the Cavaliers. One of her favorite memories is when she and her daughter got to attend a Cavs game in Indianapolis, flying with the players on the team plane and staying at the team hotel! She and her daughter enjoyed this trip of a lifetime after her daughter won a sales competition for the Cavs. She is also a huge Luke Bryan fan and has met him several times!
Staci
Staci joined our team in 2024 as a dental assistant. Staci holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Kent State University, and was an art teacher prior to commencing her dental assisting career. She enjoys helping others and is currently completing her certification in dental assisting. Staci is very gentle and enjoys keeping her patients comfortable during their appointments.
Outside of the office, Staci enjoys time with her boyfriend and family, as well as her multiple pets, including a bunny, cat and dog. She also enjoys hiking and flexing her creative juices in printmaking and painting, and has entered her paintings into duck stamp competitions. She once had the pleasure of making custom coconut-mango ice cream for the band members of Van Halen when working at Handel’s while in high school!
Amy
Amy has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She holds Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene, and is currently pursuing her RN degree. She is also certified to administer local anesthetic. As a hygienist, she loves helping and caring for people — and most importantly giving them a reason to smile. Amy believes that everyone can attain good dental health, and she focuses on giving her patients the tools and knowledge to get there. She is an expert at the oral-systemic connection and enjoys guiding her patients towards optimal oral and overall health.
When not working, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children and grandson, as well as her fur babies. She also enjoys baking, singing, playing piano, playing games and puzzles, and visiting friends and family. She and her husband got married in Munich, Germany during Oktoberfest, and Amy wore a traditional dirndl for the wedding!
Kaelyn
Kaelyn joined 330 Dental as a Registered Dental Hygienist in July 2024 after completing her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene at Tri-C College. Kaelyn pursued her dental hygiene license after seeing first-hand how impactful it was to have braces as a teen. The changes to her smile eased her insecurities as a teen and she wants to share that confidence with others and encourage patients, young and old, to achieve the smile they have always wanted. She loves being able to teach her patients proper brushing and flossing techniques and see the improvement in their oral health as they practice their new skills.
When not working, Kaelyn enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé, and her two dogs. She is an avid reader of thrillers, and enjoys exercising routinely. She also enjoys cooking, especially Mexican food, and getting to indulge in a piece of Tiramisu every once in a while. Traveling to the beach in Florida is also highlight for her and her family every year.
Jaime
Jaime is a registered dental hygienist at 330 Dental with over 20 years of experience in the dental field. Jaime has an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Lakeland Community College. Jaime is also certified to administer local anesthetic. One of Jaime’s favorite parts of her job is helping patients achieve their dream smile with a tight-knit team of professionals.

In her free time, Jaime can be found baking, gardening, canning, cycling, and spending time with her husband and son. Together, they trained their dog to be a certified therapy dog, whom they enjoy taking to nursing homes and local schools to brighten the days of those needing extra love and support. Jaime has been skydiving, and has met Liam Neeson while he was filming on her parent’s farm.
Rose
Rose joined our team in 2024 as a Registered Dental Hygienist with more than 30 years of experience. Rose graduated from Tri-C Community College with her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Prior to hygiene school, she also worked as a dental assistant out of high school. Rose enjoys getting to know her patients on an individual basis and tailoring her recommendations for each patient’s specific needs in order to bring out the best in their smile and health.
When Rose is not working, she enjoys thrifting, tag sales, and antique malls. Rose has traveled the U.S. doing comic-book conventions, and has a goal of opening her own thrift store in the future. Rose also holds the distinction of passing by the Queen herself in the hallway of Buckingham Palace while she was taking a tour.
Lu
Lu joined our team in 2022 as a Dental Hygienist. Lu graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2021 and is certified to administer local anesthesia. Lu enjoys helping patients learn ways to improve their own oral and overall health, demonstrating proper brushing and flossing techniques and encouraging patients during appointments. Knowing that gentle, comfortable care makes all the difference in helping patients, Lu always strives to make the patient’s experience excellent.
Outside of work, Lu enjoys hanging out with family and friends, playing video games, and listening to all types of music. Lu has seen BTS twice and has a goal of traveling to Japan and Australia in the future.
Lindy
Lindy joined our team in 2022 as a Registered Dental Hygienist with more than 20 years of experience. She graduated from Tri-C Community College with her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Prior to hygiene school, Lindy also worked as a dental assistant, and it was her family dentist who encouraged her passion and pursuit of dental hygiene. Lindy excels at being gentle with her patients and enjoys putting their minds at ease while also caring for their oral health. Lindy encourages and educates her patients on the best ways to brush and floss for optimal results with their own home care.
Outside of dentistry, Lindy enjoys being a boy-mom, exploring the Metroparks, gardening, and making jewelry. She has also been spotted on the slopes in Utah on a snowboard and worked in a cupcake and ice cream shop in years past.
Michelle
Michelle has been working in the dental field for more than 30 years. She started her career as a dental assistant, and then discovered she enjoyed working on the business side of the dental practice. She was with Dr. Morrow for more than 30 years, and joined our team along with Dr. Morrow in 2020. She is a graduate of the Kent Roosevelt Dental Assisting program. She also holds a Dental Assisting Radiography certificate. She loves her role because she gets to form relationships with her patients, and they become like family to her. She likes to emphasize the importance of oral health to her patients, and often reminds them that “taking care of your teeth is not just about your nice smile, it is best for your overall health!” Michelle has extensive experience working with various types of dental insurance and will help you maximize your dental insurance benefits.
When not working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their adult daughters, and she carves out as much time as possible with her beloved grandchildren. Some of her hobbies and interests include hiking, vacationing in the mountains, cooking and baking. Michelle also enjoys cheering on the Cleveland Browns — she was a member of the Browns Backers fan club for many years. She even met and got to talk to Josh Cribbs when he was playing for the Browns!
Beth
Beth joined our practice as the business manager in 2018. She graduated from the Central-Hower High School dental-assisting program in 1982 and began her career in Anchorage, Alaska. After a number of years in Alaska, she returned to Ohio and began transitioning between working chair-side to working in the front office. Beth brings with her 30+ years of experience in the dental office, including vast experience with dental insurance benefits. Beth has always enjoyed helping patients understand and realize good dental health, both as an assistant and at the front office. These days, she takes great pleasure in seeing patients complete treatment and maximize the use of their dental insurance, all while keeping the entire team running smoothly for optimal patient care.
Beth makes her home in Cuyahoga Falls and loves the community here. She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her three grown children. When not at the office, Beth likes to relax by painting and designing repurposed furniture. She has a keen eye for turning cast-off furniture and accessories into something new, beautiful and useful. Beth is also involved with local women’s business organizations.
Nicole
Nicole joined our team in 2023 as a Patient Liaison. She is one of the friendly voices you hear on the phone and one the beautiful smiling faces you’ll see when you first enter our office. Nicole enjoys helping patients get all of their appointments scheduled, optimizing insurance benefits, and keeping you healthy with your wellness cleaning appointments.
Nicole graduated from James Madison University with a degree in anthropology and archaeology. She enjoys history and has participated in archaeological digs in the US and Italy, and was once photographed by National Geographic. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, 2 birds and a dog. She also enjoys thrifting for rare finds that can be repurposed and beautified.
Lexie
Lexie is the New Patient Coordinator at 330 Dental, where she loves giving people the chance to feel happy and confident in their dental health. She has worked in the dental industry since 2019, when she obtained her dental assisting degree from Wayne Community College. She now enjoys helping to teach patients the importance of oral health care and watching their happiness and smile improve as a result. Lexie will guide you through the new patient experience and make sure your first appointment with 330 Dental is smooth and seamless.
When not working, Lexie enjoys spending time with her family, friends and fiancé, as well as playing the piano and drawing. Lexie has a pet snake named Finn, and once met the celebrity P!NK while she was on vacation.
