FAQ

EXPLAIN GENERAL DENTISTRY VS. COSMETIC DENTISTRY

General dentistry is centered on the preservation or restoration of your dental health through prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral diseases. In contrast, cosmetic dentistry exclusively enhances the aesthetics of your teeth and smile. For more information on our range of services, please see our Services page.

WHAT WILL IT COST?

Since all patients are different, your initial comprehensive exam must be completed before establishing your treatment plan and the fee for care. The cost of your dental treatment can vary depending on the complexity and length of treatment you may need. An approximate fee can usually be determined at the initial visit; but on occasion, some initial treatment or further diagnostics must be completed before the final treatment plan can be established. Our philosophy of practice is the Golden Rule: we treat how we would treat ourselves and our own family, and as conservatively as possible to attain the treatment goals.

I AM SCARED OF GOING TO THE DENTIST. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

If you fear going to the dentist, you are not alone. Between 9% and 15% of Americans report they avoid going to the dentist because of anxiety or fear. We take your fear seriously and help you cope by discussing your apprehensions as you feel necessary. Once we know what your fears are, we’ll be better able to work with you to determine the best ways to help you feel more relaxed and comfortable. We strive to listen to you and accommodate your needs. We pride ourselves on compassionate, gentle dental care personalized for you.
